About the role -

• Monitor day to day technical operations activity for the site. Support to ensure adequate supply of materials including Electrical, plumbing and carpentry etc.
• Coordinate with the landlord team to ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards & building management.
• Conduct weekly physical inventory for stock management and raise requirement in coordination with site team to ensure smooth operation.
• Responsible for Operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment’s like UPS Systems, HVAC systems, Inverters, LT panels, Control panels, Bus couplers panels, Distribution boards (UPS, Raw power, Lighting and Emergency Lighting DB’s)
• Operation and Maintenance, which include Fire Alarm system, public addressing system, Access, control system and CCTV system.

About you -

- Have 2-3 years of experience in IFM

- Good knowledge of HVAC, LT & HT Panels, UPS.

- Btech/BE/ Diploma in technical
