Inside CoinDCXs Talent Acquisition Team

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in building CoinDCXs future by ensuring every

candidate experiences clarity, trust, and care from the first interaction through Day 1.

As we scale rapidly, Talent Operations and Pre-Onboarding ensure operational excellence,

strong governance, and a high-touch candidate experience. This team is trusted to run critical

hiring workflows with precision, ownership, and consistency - ensuring recruiters and business

leaders can hire with confidence.

Youll Excel in This Role If You


Have 14 years of experience in:

  • Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Recruitment Coordination
  • Pre-Onboarding
  • New-Joinee / Candidate Experience
  • Are comfortable coordinating interviews end-to-end - from scheduling to follow-ups
  • Have strong attention to detail and a nothing slips through the cracks mindset
  • Communicate clearly and confidently - both written and verbal
  • Can manage multiple trackers, sheets, and workflows without losing clarity
  • Are familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and calendar tools
  • Have worked in fast-growing startups or high-volume hiring environments (a big plus!)
  • Enjoy engaging with candidates and finding ways to improve processes
  • Appreciate structured hiring processes, clear governance, and disciplined execution

What Youll Do


Application & Candidate Screening (Application Mailbox)

  • Youll be the first point of contact for incoming candidates and help ensure a great first impression.
  • Manage the Apply Mailbox and make sure every application is reviewed
  • Do an initial screening to understand candidate fit
  • Share relevant profiles with recruiters or add them to the talent pool with proper tagging
  • Ensure no application is missed or left unattended


Interview Coordination & Tracking

  • Youll help keep interviews organised, on time, and stress-free for everyone involved
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across different roles
  • Maintain daily tracking of all interviews
  • Review interview schedules every morning
  • Send clear, timely reminders to candidates and interviewers
  • Proactively reschedule interviews if they dont take place
  • Share a daily interview summary (next-day view)
  • Follow up with interviewers to ensure feedback is shared on time


Pre-Onboarding & Joining Management

  • Youll support candidates from offer acceptance to Day-1 and help them feel confident about joining.
  • Own the pre-onboarding journey for offered candidates
  • Work closely with recruiters to spot and reduce drop-off risks
  • Keep all trackers and sheets updated in real time


Stakeholder Connects & Candidate Engagement

  • Youll interact with multiple teams and help build strong candidate relationships.
  • Set up connects with: Hiring Managers (HM), Heads of Department (HOD), HRBPs
  • Schedule calls, office visits, and office tours when needed
  • Ensure candidates feel supported, informed, and excited to join


Documentation, Compliance & Joining Readiness

  • Youll make sure candidates are fully ready before they walk in on Day-1.
  • Track and follow up on required documents
  • Ensure submissions are accurate and on time
  • Maintain real-time documentation status in trackers
  • Share a weekly Joining Readiness update
  • Raise asset requests via Slack at least one week before joining
  • Connect with candidates one day before joining to confirm the Day-1 plan
  • Support a smooth Day-1 experience through clear communication
  • (Future scope) Support joining-day initiatives like a welcome lunch with the team buddy
