Key Tasks
• Oversee the group mailbox Group mailboxes, ServiceNow, Chats or from Stakeholders, which involves responding to requests on Succession Plannings and employee talent management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders proactively as per the ETM, resolving all the tickets come from all the channels
