Job Description

Job Profile-

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. The primary goal is to identify, attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with the companys strategic goals and culture. This role acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while building a robust pipeline for future hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities-

Providing end-to-end recruitment support to defined business areas in accordance to manpower planning as per annual business plan


On-board most optimal talent considering quality, time and investment


Maintain real time recruitment metrics and MIS in structured defined format


Plan, communicate and execute the recruitment process and events as per standard protocol, Accountable for recruitment operations, recruitment marketing and on boarding as per targeted hiring mandate


Ensure excellent candidate experience & smooth on-boarding of new joiners


Collect regular market intelligence and competitor analysis towards hiring trends in respective area. Set expectation of business stake holders as per such knowledge built scope in the given geography


Required Skills-

Sourcing- Mastery of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing channels.

Communication- Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to "sell" the company vision.

Evaluation- Strong competency-based interviewing techniques and behavioral assessment.

Tech Savvy- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and HRIS.

Negotiations- Ability to handle salary discussions and close candidates effectively.


Required Skills-

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 46 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience in automotive domain is a plus.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Integrity: Ability to handle confidential candidate information with total discretion.
