Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal users experiencing IT issues.

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner.

  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems, including desktop and laptop support.

  • Assist with user account management, including creation, deletion, and access permissions.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.

  • Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.

  • Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and applications.

  • Participate in routine maintenance and updates of IT infrastructure.

Desired Skills:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience), Certification in ITIL will be an added advantage.

  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a help desk or technical support environment.

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Basic Networking equipment) and software (operating systems, MS Office and applications).

  • Software installation and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of Email Accounts configuration & Support.

  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
