Your Role
As a Executive Revenue at StayVista, you will own and drive the organization-wide reviews strategy across all guest-facing channels including the StayVista website, OTAs, and Google My Business. Your role is to coordinate, execute, and track review-generation initiatives across teams - working closely with Operations, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Leadership to ensure periodic, high-quality reviews at scale. You will manage dashboards, MIS, and trackers to monitor performance, identify gaps, and push execution against defined targets under Project Reviews. This is an execution-heavy, cross-functional role that directly impacts brand trust, listing visibility, conversion, and revenue performance.
About You
- 12 years of experience in OTA, hospitality operations, revenue support, or review management roles
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams and stakeholders to drive execution
- Ability to track performance, follow up rigorously, and close loops
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to push initiatives to completion
- Hands-on experience with dashboards, MIS, trackers, and reporting
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets & handling large datasets
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
