Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista, we are looking for a Banquet Executive (F&B Events) e to manage the execution of weddings, corporate meetings, and social events. The role involves coordinating banquet setups, supervising food & beverage service, working closely with kitchen and vendor teams, and ensuring seamless on-ground operations. The ideal candidate should have strong operational skills, a guest-first approach, and the ability to deliver high service standards while driving event and F&B revenue.

About You

  • Hands-on experience managing weddings, private celebrations, or corporate gatherings.
  • Strong understanding of banquet setups, buffet layouts, and villa-style event execution.
  • Excellent coordination skills to work with chefs, villa teams, and external vendors.
  • Guest-focused, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure during live events.
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Comfortable handling multiple events and dynamic villa environments.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, event costing, and SOP compliance.
  • 24 years of experience in banquet operations, F&B events, or hospitality event management.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

Prior experience in Food & Beverage operations or event management within hospitality will be an added advantage.
