About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Endorsement Executive / Senior Executive to join our Insurance Endorsement Operations team. The role involves handling policy endorsements, member enrolment changes, policy booking, and client coordination, ensuring accurate and timely execution of insurance operations. This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in group insurance endorsements who can manage tasks independently while meeting SLA and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle endorsement activities including addition, deletion, and modification of member data (demographic, sum insured, plan changes, etc.) within defined SLAs.
Manage internal data operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and clear communication of updates.
Validate data received from clients to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with insurer guidelines.
Track endorsement requests and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
Resolve discrepancies related to member data, policy terms, premiums, and endorsements by coordinating with insurers and internal teams.
Maintain and update records in line with organizational and compliance requirements.
Willingness to work on weekend rosters as per business requirement.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
4-6 years of hands-on experience in insurance operations, preferably in endorsement (Group Insurance experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skills.
Good understanding of insurance policy lifecycle, endorsements, and documentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) for client and insurer coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
Prior experience working with TPAs, insurers, brokers, or corporate group insurance accounts.
Exposure to health or group insurance products will be an added advantage. Experience in handling SLA-driven environments and client-facing operations.
