Executive / Sr Executive - MIS

Key Responsibilities:

• A MIS Executive will exhibit a deep level of ownership and operate independently, flexibly, and proactively.

• He/she will collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data patterns and effectively connect the data dots and provide business insights.

• This is a person who sees the big picture and invents new solutions as well as simplifies existing ones, challenging themselves and others to relentlessly improve.

• Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data

• Emailing Reconciled MIS Reports with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart & Pie Charts

•  Generating & Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports

  
  

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a Science field (Engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research or related field)

Experience:  3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, report building & Research Analysis.

As a MIS Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with complex data, partner with cross-functional teams to design and build a robust set of operational and business metrics and utilize these metrics to determine improvement opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your peers, operations managers/senior managers/senior leaders to understand their requirement and translate them into actionable metrics

Key skills required for the role:

• Proficiency with MS Excel, SQL 

• Exposure to ITES environment (BPO/E-Com)

• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

• Exposure to Dashboard management 

• Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and justify business decisions
