Executive/ Sr. Executive- Human Resources (Design/Digital agency experience)

Role Requirement:

• 2-4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience in a Design or Web Development firm is a must.
• Experience in HR operations.
• Significant experience recruiting UX designers, UI designers, graphic designers, frontend, backend engineers, copywriters, and project managers will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing and speaking in English.
• You must be collaborative and passionate about being a part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.

Recruiting roles:

• Managing a complete employee lifecycle including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, induction and exit interviews.
• Possess a strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps in team structures across the board.
• Identifying candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques.

Human Resource Management roles:

• Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
• Employee engagement to develop and retain talent.
• Plan and manage engagement exercises to develop Bombay DCs culture and values.
• Manage employee relations including, but not limited to, implementation of HR policies, handling employee grievances, understanding trends in attrition.
• Help plan and conduct cultural activities and festive celebrations.
