Job Responsibilities


  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation, orientation, and equipment allocation. Support the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for exiting employees.
  • HR Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and generate HR reports, documents, and presentations, as required. Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR paperwork.
  • Compliance & Legal Requirements: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Assist in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Payroll Support: Provide support for payroll activities, including gathering data, verifying timesheets, and assisting in resolving any payroll discrepancies.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Assist in the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee-related benefits.
  • HR Systems Management: Help manage HR software and platforms, ensuring data integrity and assisting employees with system-related queries like Leave & Attendance Management System, Success Factors, SAP etc.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general HR administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR files, and handling HR-related correspondence.
  • CTC Calculations & Stautory Deductions: Able to calculate CTC in Excel also have the knowledge of Statutory deduction.


Educational Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience
