Role Summary
Were hiring 2 Social Media Community & Conversations Leads to help us deepen conversations on social media organically, without relying on ads.

- Pressure-testing ideas.
- Answering hard questions.
- Acknowledging feedback publicly.
- And sometimes having uncomfortable but honest discussions.
This is not a typical comment-reply or customer service role.

You will actively engage across Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, shaping how people experience the brand in real time. Your responses wont just resolve queries. They will build credibility, clarify truth, and influence perception at scale.
What Youll Own
- Lead real-time public conversations across platforms in a sharp, human, and aligned tone
- Navigate nuanced discussions around ingredients, sourcing, testing, labels, and claims with clarity and confidence
- Identify misinformation early and work with internal teams to address it transparently
- Spot patterns in conversations and convert them into insights for product and content decisions
- Engage meaningfully with founders, creators, critics, and community members, no templated replies
- Surface powerful community stories and UGC opportunities
- Track sentiment shifts, recurring concerns, and engagement quality through a weekly dashboard
- Pitch and independently lead conversation-first campaigns. Anyone in the social media function is encouraged to propose campaign ideas rooted in real community insights. If your idea is strong, you wont just suggest it, youll lead it end-to-end, from concept to execution, with team support. This is hands-on exposure to building campaigns that drive real conversations, not vanity metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, community building, or brand engagement, agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of food, nutrition, and ingredient labels, or a genuine willingness to deeply learn
- Fluent in English and Hindi, written and spoken
- Extremely strong written communication skills
- Comfortable handling public discussions with nuance and composure
- Detail-oriented, fast, and structured in thinking
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where things evolve quickly
- High ownership mindset. You take initiative and think beyond assigned tasks
