Executive - Shift

Role Overview

The Executive - Shift will supervise warehouse and operational activities during assigned shifts, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation, optimal manpower and vehicle utilization and consistent vendor performance to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile system inventory with physical stock and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently; track productivity and implement improvements.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to meet operational targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/operations, preferably in F&V handling.
• Willing to work in night shifts.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational software.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to rotational or flexible shift schedules.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
