- Meet internal quality standards for social media engagement.

- Handle conflict resolution between vendors and customers effectively.
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and build loyalty through exceptional service.
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 1-4 years

- 1–2 years of experience in handling social media complaints and escalation management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- A customer-first mindset and ability to manage expectations with empathy and professionalism.
