Role Description

This is a full-time on-site + Hybrid role for an Executive Search professional, based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end executive search process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions. Additionally, the role involves conducting in-depth industry research, consulting with clients to understand their talent requirements, and fostering strong candidate and client relationships to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Executive Search to provide strategic recruitment guidance to clients
• Strong Recruiting and Interviewing skills to identify and evaluate top talent effectively
• Experience in conducting thorough Research to source and assess qualified candidates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Prior experience in executive recruitment or consulting is highly desirable
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, prior work at a executive search firm would be preferable
