Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, delivering engaging presentations, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role also requires individuals to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and expand the company's customer base.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Presentation Skills and creating effective Presentations to engage diverse audiences
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and conducting detailed Market Research to identify opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to contribute to business growth initiatives
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced on-site environment in Pune
  • Experience in business development or sales is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
