We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who can support our expansion and help build strong customer relationships.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting inquiries into successful sales. You will represent the brand professionally, understand customer needs, and support them through the entire sales process from the first interaction to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential buyers through online research, cold calls, site visits, and networking.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead details and follow-ups.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and local market understanding.
2. Client Engagement & Sales Conversion
Handle inquiries and explain project details clearly and confidently.
Conduct site visits for clients and showcase project features, pricing, and benefits.
Build trust-based relationships with prospective buyers to increase conversion.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth document flow.
3. Market & Project Knowledge
Maintain thorough knowledge of ASAP Spaces projects, pricing, and USPs.
Stay updated on local property trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Provide feedback to management on customer insights and market conditions.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Provide daily/weekly updates on leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) for client requirements.
Support sales documentation, agreements, and post-sales handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in conducting site visits and client meetings.
Ability to handle field work and travel locally.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct.
