Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career sales professionals who possess strong communication, negotiation abilities, presentation skills, and a natural sales-driven mindset. The role involves helping businesses adopt EnKashs solutions and consultative sales to streamline, improve and enhance financial efficiency. This is a B2B customer-facing role with ample learning opportunities, exposure to fintech products, and hands-on experience with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential business customers, conduct outbound calls, emails, networking, and research to create a healthy lead pipeline.
Understand merchant needs and map them effectively to our offerings.
-Sales & Customer Engagement
Deliver impactful product pitches explaining the value of EnKashs products.
Assist customers through the onboarding and documentation process.
Negotiate commercial terms under senior team guidance.
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads to active accounts.
-Product Expertise
Develop a strong understanding of EnKashs products, workflows, features, controls, and use cases.
Demonstrate product capabilities via presentations and walkthroughs for prospective clients.
-Market Research & Intelligence
Gather insights on customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Share feedback to enhance product and sales process improvements.
-Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with different team Operations, KYC/Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Prepare weekly performance reports and assist senior managers with business updates.

Prior internship or exposure in Sales/Inside Sales/Business Development.
Education
Masters degree in Business / Management
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
