Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Recruiter role. The Executive Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of top-tier talent. They will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, responsibilities include leveraging databases, social networks, and professional platforms to identify potential candidates while maintaining records and reports to track recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
• Overall demonstrable and verified 5-7 years of work experience
• Experience in hiring IT talents in the Financial Services Industry is a MUST
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, databases, and professional networks
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and market trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information
• Previous experience in executive recruiting or specialized hiring is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
