We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Recruiter with strong expertise in US talent acquisition , particularly within the analytics, data, and consulting domains . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and hiring top-tier leadership and senior-level talent across the United States. This role requires deep understanding of the analytics and consulting landscape, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive full-cycle executive recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Hiring & Talent Strategy

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior, executive, and niche roles across the US, with a focus on analytics, data science, strategy, digital consulting, and technology consulting profiles.
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to understand talent needs, organizational priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber executive candidates from consulting firms, technology companies, and data-driven organizations.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive and active talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong executive talent pipeline within analytics, digital transformation, cloud consulting, and management consulting roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, competency assessments, and cultural fit evaluations for senior-level hires.

Market Intelligence & Talent Advisory

  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor insights, and talent availability within the analytics and consulting space.
  • Advise business stakeholders on recruitment strategies, diversity initiatives, job design, and talent mapping .
  • Develop strong industry knowledge around analytics platforms, consulting frameworks, data technologies, and emerging skill sets.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with senior executives, practice leaders, and HR partners to ensure alignment on recruitment deliverables and timelines.
  • Communicate insights, pipeline updates, and hiring progress via dashboards, reports, and regular status meetings.
  • Collaborate with global TA teams to ensure consistency in hiring processes, branding, and candidate experience.

Process Excellence & Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for executive candidates, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication.
  • Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and onboarding coordination with HR partners.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes using data, analytics, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with focused on US-based executive or senior-level hiring .
  • Proven experience hiring for analytics, data, technology consulting, management consulting, and digital transformation roles .
  • Strong understanding of the US talent market , compensation structures, employment trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior leadership.
  • Ability to conduct deep-dive interviews , assess leadership competencies, and provide hiring recommendations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for Big 4 consulting , boutique consulting firms, or analytics-driven enterprises.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive hiring decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth , or global environments.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards , and hiring best practices for US recruitment.
