 Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:

1.    Responsible for sampling of Raw material and their documentation.
2.    Responsible for testing or review of Raw material, Packing Material, Finished Goods, stability & GLP Analytical method verification, Analytical method validation and AVD samples of OSD & Haemaccel as per defined Protocol and procedure.
3.    Responsible for sending the sample to outside laboratory and ensure their analysis as per requirement from Outside Commercial Lab.
4.    To ensure the Completion of RM documentation as per their current procedure, cGMP and cGLP.
5.    Logbook verification for their completeness and compliance.
6.    To perform the activity in the laboratory as per respective procedure.
7.    Responsible for STP, Specification and SOP management.
8.    Preparation of volumetric solution, standardization, preparation of reagent, test solution and indicator as and when required.
9.    To ensure the compliance of the requirement of cGDP/cGLP and Data integrity while performing all activities in the laboratory.
10.    Review of analytical data in software of OSD & Haemaccel.
11.    Analytical Data entry in SAP system as and when required.
12.    Coordinating and aligning the practices and procedures in line with the COBC requirements
13.    Ensuring compliance to the EPD global guidelines.
14.    Ensuring the timely updation in the documents as per the Pharmacopoeial amendments.
15.    Darius and Soltraq activity as and when required.
16.    Responsible for control sample management activity in Starlims.
17.    To create, update and upload the various QC documents in Darius.
18.    Analysis sample management and their destruction after approval.
 

In absence of the position holder, the sub-ordinate Executive / Manager working in the section or the authorized designee (as applicable) shall be responsible for day to day working
