Key Responsibilities:

·         To understand the basic project requirements.

·         To ensure the final compounds are shipped to different locations with zero error and shipment files, data files and other data base files are sent to client in a timely manner

·         Updating targets in SaiSynth, track and share the weekly productivity details with TLs/GLs. 

·         Maintain and tracking the changes in Headcount on weekly basis.

·         To validate RMs by coordinating with TLs on monthly basis.  

·         Mapping resources to analytical tracker.

·         Supporting PTL’s in the preparation of all other project related documents (trackers, meeting minutes, shipment documents and Medchem trackers), shipment tracking etc.

Experience/Qualification:

·         M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) with 1-4 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral):

Technical:

·         Well versed with MS office (powerpoint, excel in particular), handling MS teams, Zoom calls.

·         Good communication skill (writing / speaking)

Behavioral:

·         Quick learner, Team Player
