  We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the business. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of financial analysis and strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  
  

  
  

  What makes the role meaty?

  
  

  •  Source and procure Food Ingredients, Packaging Material, and other consumables as per production needs.
  •  Compare vendor’s quotations, releasing purchase orders, Ensuring timely delivery, material quality as per approved  specification  and invoice closure followed by payment clearance.
  • Identify and establish relationships with reliable vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly.
  • Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement SOPs and compliance regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor contracts, and payment schedules.
  • Conduct audits of procurement activities as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to optimize stock management.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to understand procurement requirements.
  • Communicate procurement updates and potential challenges effectively.

• Any Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools like SAP, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with supply chain principles and inventory management techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of local procurement regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
