Executive- PPIC

Key Responsibilities –

• Efficient Production Planning & Schedules to ensure a smooth manufacturing process & meeting customer committed date and OTIF.
• Applying Lean Inventory Management & Forecast the inventory for key project based on the historical data & future assumption.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality controls principles.
• Scheduling production batches based on raw material level in the inventory and production time.
• Monitoring and coordination with supply chain team based on storage space at warehouse and day to day changes in production plan.
• Optimum resource utilization in an environment of multi plant / multi location and multi facets of varied equipment set up.
• Continual improvement in equipment utilization of equipment with aim of No Overuse or Underuse.
• Excellent work knowledge in Microsoft Excel is must with all functionalities.
• MIS Report Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per need.
• Database Management for PPIC function.
