Role Description

As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the Founders right-hand person, managing both high-level business operations and critical personal logistics. This is a role built onabsolute trust, seamless coordination, and a strong professional partnership. You will ensure the Founders time is optimized and their professional life runs with total efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Calendar Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper, managing complex schedules across multiple time zones.
• Extensive Travel Coordination: Organize and accompany the Founder on domestic and international business trips, handling all logistics, itineraries, and on-site support.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal information with the highest level of integrity.
• Liaison & Lifestyle Support: Manage personal errands and special projects to ensure the Founder can focus entirely on core business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Secretaryship, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 0 to 1 year
• Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently
• Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Personality Fit: We are looking for someone with high emotional intelligence who can anticipate needs and build a strong, intuitive working rapport with the Founder.
