Job Description
Percept Limited is looking for a smart, proactive and highly organised Personal Executive Assistant. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
- Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Regular updation of contact information of his contacts.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Schedule internal and external meetings for the MD with clients, external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Take minutes of meetings and track follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Assist in coordinating the MDs involvement in events, client meetings, and industry forums.
- Coordinate and ensure the distribution of passes to all the guests as per the approved list for our events.
3. Administrative Management
- Maintain organized records, files, and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Manage travel and hotel bookings, itineraries for domestic and international tours and submit the expense reports to the Accounts department on timely basis.
4. Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Project & Task Management
- Assist the MD in tracking strategic projects and priorities.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 510 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with senior executives or leadership teams.
- Experience in corporate, media, marketing, or event management environments.
