Designation - Executive & Personal Assistant to Founder

Travel: Occasional domestic travel

Reporting To: Founder

Level -Fresher to Entry level


Overview-

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a US-driven company operating in India. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with strong observation skills, excellent memory, and the ability to capture instructions accurately in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

You will assist with daily schedules, meetings, communications, and follow-ups gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making and business operations.


Responsibilities-


Executive Support -

  • Manage Founders calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Take notes, create action items, and ensure follow-up
  • Track tasks and priorities to avoid miscommunication
  • Manage email and WhatsApp professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams on deliverables

Personal Support -

  • Handle personal scheduling, reservations, and lifestyle appointments
  • Coordinate with household staff (driver, housekeeper, security)
  • Support domestic travel and occasional accompanying of Founder
  • Manage sensitive documents, payments, and personal tasks

Tech and Tool Support-

  • Assist with email, calendar, file organization, and Google Workspace
  • Set up video calls (Zoom/Meet) and manage basic tech issues
  • Support device setup, troubleshooting, and app usage


Skills Required -


  1. Fresher to 2 years experience (EA, admin, coordinator, or similar roles)
  2. Quick learner, highly attentive, and sharp at capturing details
  3. Comfortable using email, calendars, apps, and digital tools
  4. Good English communication
  5. Professional, reliable, and discreet
