Role Description
This full-time on-site Executive Personal Assistant role is located in the Kolkata metropolitan area at our CA firm. The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies, manage day-to-day operations, communications, organization of the principals office, handle confidential information, serve as a liaison to various departments, and coordinate office management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field and/experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, written, and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently, with experience in office organization, time management, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with office software systems, such as file management, word processing, and spreadsheet development
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment, and exercise discretion at all times
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues
