Executive - Performance Marketing

Role Overview:

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google for both VOOKI and ALONGE. The role requires strong analytical skills, performance tracking, and the ability to brief creatives based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
2. Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR and cost efficiency
3. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
4. Develop ad briefs for creatives based on campaign learnings and audience behavior
5. Track and analyze paid influencer collaborations and their attributed performance
6. Conduct audience research, segmentation and retargeting planning
7. Assist in scaling campaigns based on seasonality, trends, and business goals
8. Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies and new ad formats

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in paid performance marketing
2. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
3. Strong understanding of GA / analytics dashboards / conversion tracking
4. Ability to analyze data and convert into actionable insights
5. Basic understanding of creative formats for ads (static, video, carousel, etc.)
6. Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
