Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns across different channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills , a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of digital media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads & other performance marketing channels. You will be responsible for optimizing campaign performance, driving quality leads, and improving ROI across all performance channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital performance platforms to achieve business KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC) and ensure budget efficiency.
• Manage and optimize audience targeting, ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve quality scores and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative, tech, and product teams to identify winning results.
• Track and report campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards .
• Identify and explore new paid channels, tools, and automation opportunities to scale performance.
• Ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with overall brand and business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, & other performance channels .
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign reporting tools .
• Understanding of lead generation, attribution models, and CRM integration.
• Ability to handle large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
