Role: Executive Pega CSSA

We are seeking a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with strong presentation skills and hands-on expertise in modern Pega capabilities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Constellation, Blueprint, application upgrades , and bestpractice-driven application design and development. This role requires a dynamic individual who can actively contribute to POC development , effectively respond to RFI/RFQ/RFPs , and support solutioning initiatives with functional clarity and technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Pega applications following industry and platform best practices.
• Work extensively with Pega Constellation and Blueprint for modern application design.
• Contribute to and support upgrade projects by ensuring smooth transition and compatibility.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations, demos, and product walkthroughs to stakeholders.
• Lead or support development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with presales teams to respond to RFI/RFQ/RFPs with highquality technical inputs.
• Participate in review cycles to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable Pega solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Pega CSSA Certification
• Strong understanding of Pega application design principles
• Experience with Constellation, Blueprint, and platform upgrades
• Strong communication and presentation skills
