Job Description
About the Role: The Executive Payroll & HR Operations will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, while also managing compliance and addressing employee queries.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees through ZingHR or similar platform.
- Compliance: Handle statutory deductions and filings (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS) as per timelines.
- HR Accounting: Maintain payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and support audits.
- Employee Queries: Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Reporting: Generate monthly payroll MIS, cost analysis, and compliance reports.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in payroll and HR accounting processes.
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, preferably post graduate in HR
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software, preferably ZingHR.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance related to payroll.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR accounting.
- Ability to suggest process improvements.
