Job Description

About the Role : The Executive Payroll & HR Operations will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, while also managing compliance and addressing employee queries.


Responsibilities :


  • Payroll Processing : Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees through ZingHR or similar platform.
  • Compliance : Handle statutory deductions and filings (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS) as per timelines.
  • HR Accounting : Maintain payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and support audits.
  • Employee Queries : Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Reporting : Generate monthly payroll MIS, cost analysis, and compliance reports.
  • Process Improvement : Suggest and implement improvements in payroll and HR accounting processes.


Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline, preferably post graduate in HR



Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in payroll software, preferably ZingHR.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance related to payroll.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in HR accounting.
  • Ability to suggest process improvements.
