Position Title- Paralegal support

Experience Level-2-3 years

Department-Legal

Location-Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

Internal Communication: Serve as a liaison with internal departments by gathering information, answering basic questions, scheduling meetings, and relaying status updates (without providing legal advice)

Administrative Support: File and organize paperwork/ legal documents, monitor calendars and deadlines, maintain client records, and manage general office tasks.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring security and legal compliance for all documentation

Conduct general research and summarize findings for Legal team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (preferably BCom Graduate from a recognized university)

Prior experience of 2-3 years at any corporate department

Key Skills & Qualities:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Research proficiency

Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels

Ability to manage confidential information

Excellent organization and time management
