Position Overview
We are seeking a disciplined and performance-driven Outbound Sales Executive to strengthen our B2B sales operations within the Aluminium Scrap and Non-Ferrous Metals segment. The role requires structured outbound engagement, market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue generation in a competitive commodity trading environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, professional communication skills, and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute structured outbound calling campaigns (80150 calls per day) targeting scrap dealers, traders, manufacturers, and industrial buyers
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into active revenue accounts
Drive sales of aluminium scrap grades including UBC, Tense, Taint Tabor, and related non-ferrous materials
Negotiate pricing, volumes (MT), and commercial terms in alignment with company strategy
Achieve defined monthly revenue and volume targets
Maintain accurate daily call reports, pipeline tracking, and follow-up schedules
Develop and nurture long-term B2B relationships to ensure repeat business
Maintain updated client database and sales MIS in CRM/Excel systems
Provide market intelligence, pricing feedback, and competitor insights to management
Candidate Profile
15 years of experience in Aluminium Scrap / Non-Ferrous Metals / Industrial B2B Sales
Strong understanding of aluminium scrap grades and commodity market dynamics
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets in a structured sales environment
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English)
High level of professionalism, discipline, and target orientation
Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
Educational Qualification
Graduate (preferred)

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Compensation
25,000 30,000 per month + Performance-Linked Incentives (Aligned with revenue and volume targets)
