Job Title: Nk Assist-Advisor
Job Summary
As an Ancillary Services Adviser with NK-Assist, you will be instrumental in generating and qualifying leads from the provided database for ancillary services offered by our business partners. You will collaborate closely with partners and prospects to drive conversions, manage feedback loops, and support revenue generation through effective follow-up and database management.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call prospects from the provided database to generate leads for ancillary services.
- Transfer qualified leads immediately to the respective business partners point of contact (POC).
- Conduct aggressive follow-ups with POCs to obtain feedback on submitted leads.
- Update the lead database with accurate status based on feedback received.
- Take full accountability for revenue generation by ensuring cases are converted and disbursed by partners.
- Achieve quarterly targets by meeting monthly performance goals.
- Prioritize follow-up with both prospects and partner POCs via telephonic conversations (primary) and direct visits (when required), with a strong focus on conversion.
Required Attributes
Communication Skills
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Bengali for clear and professional prospect interactions.
Computer Skills
- Proficient with basic computer operations.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems and telephony applications such as C-Zentrix and other database/CRM tools.
Professional Conduct
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and basic professional work hygiene.
- Comfortable with rotational weekly off schedules as per process requirements.
Mobility
- Willing to travel to client or affiliate locations for coordination and follow-up as needed.

- Results-oriented with strong sales acumen and incentive-driven performance focus.
