Role Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our team as Executives / Senior Executives across multiple departments. The role involves supporting departmental operations, managing data, and driving efficiency through advanced Excel-based reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities (General)
- Manage and maintain departmental data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports using Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.).
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of departmental activities.
- Support compliance, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in audits, MIS reporting, and management reviews.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
HR Operation- Executive & Senior Executive
- Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Manage employee records and HR MIS reports using advanced Excel.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance activities.
- Prepare dashboards for attrition, attendance, and manpower planning.
L & TD Admin Executive
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Use advanced Excel to analyze training feedback and performance metrics.
- Support in developing training calendars and compliance documentation.
Transportation Executive
- Oversee fleet scheduling and allocation for daily operations.
- Maintain vendor billing records and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Use advanced Excel to track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and route efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely transport services.
Security Executive
- Monitor and maintain incident logs and compliance reports.
- Use advanced Excel to analyze security data trends and prepare MIS dashboards.
- Support audits, inspections, and adherence to safety/security protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for incident resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (specialization preferred based on department).
- 15 years of relevant experience (Executive vs. Senior Executive level).
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (mandatory).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
