Location: Gurugram ( On-Site)


About the Role

This role focuses on supporting the execution, optimization, and analysis of integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. It offers hands-on exposure to audience research, media tools, campaign performance tracking, and emerging media trends, making it ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in media and advertising.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing market and media data to support campaign planning and evaluation.
  • Help identify target audiences and understand basic consumer behavior and media consumption habits.
  • Support the team in planning and executing media campaigns across online and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution of media plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, frequency, and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on media trends across digital and traditional platforms (TV, print, radio, OOH, cinema, blogs, etc.).
  • Learn and work with media and analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, GfK, MOAT, or similar platforms).
  • Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and post-campaign reports.
