Designation – Guest Relationship Executive
* Location: West Pune (Wakad, Hinjewadi, Balewadi, Baner) and East Pune (Kharadi, Wagholi)
* Reports to: GM Brand Experience
* Experience: 0.6 to 3 years
* Team Size: Individual contributor (coordination with Sales, Admin, and Facilities teams)

As footfall increases across our Pune sales galleries, show flats, and channel partner visits, we need someone who can be the face of our brand—offering warmth, clarity, and coordination. This role is essential to delivering a premium first impression to potential homebuyers and partners, especially in high-traffic situations. Your presence ensures every visitor feels valued, guided, and well cared for from arrival to exit.
What Success Looks like in 1 Year:
* 100% guest arrivals smoothly received, guided, and tracked
* All sample flat visits managed without delay or confusion, in sync with Sales
* High guest satisfaction during peak traffic days and channel partner events
* Streamlined hospitality operations at the site—seating, beverages, materials, ambience
* Recognition from Sales and CX teams as a critical contributor to deal conversion
Responsibilities:
1. Warmly welcome walk-ins, scheduled guests, and channel partners
2. Guide visitors through registration, waiting areas, and sales journey
3. Coordinate sample flat visits with Sales and ensure smooth handover
4. Maintain a polished, comfortable, and welcoming environment in reception and lounge areas
5. Arrange and monitor hospitality (beverages, snacks, materials) for guests and events
6. Handle crowd management during high-traffic weekends and project launches
7. Maintain clear communication with Sales, Admin, and Facilities teams to ensure preparedness
8. Keep visitor records and feedback logs updated
Support small in-site events and activations for clients or partners
Must Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
* 2–4 years in a guest-facing role in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or events
* Experience managing multiple guests or groups in high-pressure or high-traffic environments
* Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi
* Excellent personal grooming and verbal communication
* Proven ability to handle coordination between internal teams (Sales, Admin, Facilities)
Nice to Haves (Can be learned on-the-job)
* Exposure to real estate sales gallery operations
* Familiarity with CRM systems or visitor tracking tools
* Basic knowledge of hospitality protocols for events or VIP guests
* Prior work in bilingual or multilingual environments

Location & Work Requirements
* On-site role, 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays as required
