Work you will do
Technical & Operational Leadership
- Be a functional SME in ServiceNow HRSD module
- Research, recommend and implement innovative/automated approaches to ServiceNow based process enhancements.
- Develop, document, and maintain system standards and procedures.
- Lead process designing discussions across whole of talent organization
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain business continuity plans and ensure operational resilience.
Process & Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to firm standards for quality, service, and delivery.
- Create, update, and maintain operational documentation.
- Gather and share best practices and benchmarks.
- Drive metrics, process effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Technology & Transformation
- Lead execution and support of HRMS systems and projects (SharePoint, Salesforce, RPA/Chatbots, Knowledge Management).
- Define and execute technology transformation roadmaps.
- Enable the team to act as technology consultants for efficient, process-based solutions.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Define expectations and scope for client assignments.
- Establish trust and act as a go-to resource for clients
- Trusted advisor for all aspects of HRSD across talent stakeholders
- Deliver feedback and recommendations, including tough conversations.
- Facilitate progress updates and leadership reviews.
Team & Talent Management
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and manage team members.
- Manage performance, learning, and people development.
- Build a culture of well-being, engagement, and innovation.
- Develop resource plans, succession planning, and team development strategies.
Risk & Resource Management
- Anticipate and navigate risks, troubleshoot challenges.
- Manage budgets, resources, and costs.
