Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track all B2B shipments daily to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Follow up consistently with courier partners and internal teams to promptly resolve shipment delays or issues.
Oversee vendor onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with store teams, FCs, vendors, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update systems in real time.
Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel to monitor logistics performance and KPIs.
Support continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays in the supply chain.
Assist with other logistics and operational support tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
Team Management
2-3  years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably with B2B shipment coordination and vendor management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling, analysis, and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
