Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Collect and compile the desired school database, including the overall information required for product positioning.
  • Research and collect additional details about schools, such as website addresses, group affiliations, and infrastructure (labs, internet access).
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with leads, qualify their interest, and gather additional information.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the school database and related interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of data collection and management processes.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Timely review with TL.
  • Sharing daily, weekly, and Monthly reports with TL.
