Key Accountabilities/Activities:

• Supplier registration/ empanelment Documentations
• Creation of Contracts and work orders.
• Ensuring timely invoicing, payments and Work order / purchase order allotment and distribution to suppliers as per the process defined
• Enabling coordination with project team and supplier team for outsourcing process and documentations.
• Managing escalation from suppliers and project team for work orders/ invoice submission/ payment release.
• Maintaining the outsourcing tracker/ matrix and sharing with seniors on demand.
• Sustaining the existing network & managing the suppliers

Job Details:

• Highly motivated graduate, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• I - 2 years of experience.
• Experience from E-learning company is preferred
