What You’ll Do:
• Deal Structuring & Approvals – Collaborate with sales and account managers to finalize deals, ensuring compliance with pricing and contract guidelines.
• CRM & Data Management – Maintain, update, and manage deal data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies in the deal desk process and contribute to automation for improved efficiency.
• Data & Reporting – Monitor deal accuracy, generate reports, and analyze trends to support business decisions.
• Governance & Compliance – Assist in contract review, enforce approval workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, legal) to ensure smooth deal execution.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in business, finance, or a related field.
• Detail-Oriented & Analytical – Ability to analyze financial data, pricing models, and contract structures.
• Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce) and finance tools is a plus; eagerness to learn new technologies is a must.
• Collaborative Communicator – Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and relay deal requirements effectively.
• Adaptable & Self-Driven – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of process improvements.
