Job Description

Job Designation : Executive Human Resource

Experience: 2-3 years in HR, preferably in the Manufacturing sector

Qualification : MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW-HR

Knowledge & skills

Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.

Strong understanding of labor laws & Strong understanding of labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Shopfloor Grievance handling

Role Responsibilities:

Recruitment

Follow up with TPA and arranging campus drive for NAPS

Supporting in hiring NAPS Apprentices

Maintaining registers & documents as per Apprentice Act

Supporting PWD hiring

Executive Induction followup and support

Training & Development

Coordinating training programmes as per training calendar

Maintaining training records

Training Admin support

Performance Management

Trainees Skill matrix assessment follow-up with line managers

Ensure job rotation as per agreed percentage

Employee Engagement

Coordinating & Organizing employee engagement programmes as per calendar

Follow up and ensure 100% completion of all employee engagement surveys

Organizing monthly committee meeting with all stakeholders

Organizing monthly R&R for workers

Statutory Compliance

Updating all statutory Registers

Coordinating with compliance vendor and ensure adherence of all registers and returns

Regular shopfloor and site audit to ensure all welfares are in place as per compliance

Industrial Relations

Organizing monthly Union Meeting

Ensure on time welfare benefits to Union employees as per LTS

Supporting & maintaining disciplinary case track & enquiry proceedings

Contract Labour Management

Follow up with contractors and ensure require manpower in dept

Ensure 100% CLRA act. Wages, OT wages, Bonus, Leave with wages, Holiday wages, Welfare, EPF, ESI, WCP etc.,

Ensure 100% score in Contractor Monthly audit

Time Office

Implementing & digitalization of Bio metric attendance system

Tracking OT compliance

Ensure weekly off and compensatory off

Supporting vendor for monthly attendance closing

Highlighting long absent employees

Payroll

Assisting in preparing payroll input for permanent workers

Cross checking the payroll

HRIS, HR Analytics & Reporting

Prepare and submit periodic reports on HR metrics Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases

Maintaining Head count data

CPMH data

Attrition & Absenteeism

Vendor Management

Timely updating agreements

Vendor master updation/CARS form in portal

Monthly invoice checking as per Bio metric attendance
