Job Description

• Talent Acquisition & Employee Induction for payroll employees

Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.)

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

• Creating Email Id for new joiners and arranging Desktop| Laptop requirements as per the requirements.

• Processing with new joiners mapping, id card processing & punching

• Providing induction to the blue-collar employees

• Maintaining personal files of on roll and contract employees

• Managing the HR Help Desk program

• Preparing & maintaining Job Descriptions of on roll employees

• Updating and maintaining Organizational Hierarchy records and data

• Coordinating for the employee probation confirmation, Separation, experience letter/ relieving letter etc.

• Allocating and managing the payroll employees shifts as per the change (Weekly, Monthly)

• Preparing Daily and Monthly MIS/ HOD reports of contractual workmen headcount.

• Preparing reports on Daily Manpower (Required vs Supply)

• Coordinating and initiating the engagement activities in plant for all

• Looking after the stationary requirements of the entire departments

• Resolving grievances and queries of employees/ workers

• Checking and approving the Tea/Coffee and Canteen Bills

• Preparing Presentations, Letters, notice as a when required.
