Send mass introductory emails to both new and existing customers, segregate and maintain the current and potential buyer’s data

Order Execution

1. Prepare Quote Sheet / Order Sheet
2. Follow up for SAP codes of FG with respective teams.
3. Creating SAP PI and SO
4. Arranging artworks & Submission
5. GP Sheet / Signed PI / PO follow up with buyer
6. Maintaining Customers Data
7. Liaison with logistic team and commercial team for timely shipment and documentation
8. Coordinate with quality teams to ensure strict adherence to quality checks and inspection.
9. Coordinating with buying houses in India as well direct buyers and coordinating for end-to-end order processing.

Follow ups

1. Follow up with Factory for timely completion of Order for All customers
2. Sample Tracking / Record maintaining / Follow up with Buyer for feedback
3. Follow up on timely payment from client

Data Analysis

1. Analyse customs data and maintain MIS
