Executive – Formulation SCM

Position: Executive Formulation SCM

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Manager Formulation SCM

Qualification & Experience:

1. MSC/B. Pharm/M. Pharm/ Science Graduate from a reputed college/university.
2. Shall have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement of Raw Material and Packing material related to Formulations Business, preferably R&D and Exhibit batches.
3. Shall have a good exposure for procurement of the RLD (Reference Listed Drugs) from US/EU/UK/ AU/Brazil/ Canada market for at least 2 years.
4. Shall have a good exposure in handling procurement activities for Sold Dosage Forms, Injectable, Ophthalmic, RLD.
5. SAP knowledge is must.
6. Shall have a good knowledge of the Type of RLD and at least 2 years of experience in procuring the REMS, Controlled/ Specialty RLD from US/ UK/Canada.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Actively interact with Project Management Team, R&D, Marketing/BD teams and understand their requirements.
2. Ensure that all the supplies are in accordance with the quality standards and delivery timelines.
3. Receive and Review all Purchase Requisitions.
4. Send RFQ's/RFIs, obtain quotations and negotiate with vendors.
5. Raise PO's in SAP and actively follow up with vendors for deliveries.
6. Develop and Build new vendors.
7. Ensure compliance of quality standards and delivery timelines.
8. Perform cost analysis of materials and implement cost reduction initiatives.
9. Build good supplier base.
10. Process procurement data and prepared required reports.
11. To handle Vendor visits /audits.
12. Perform cost analysis of materials and implement cost reduction initiatives.
