Preparation of risk mitigation plan for payroll related compliances for various countries

Preparation of report with respect to payment and reporting compliances of statutory dues (tax, social security, pension, payroll tax, etc) on a timely basis

Preparation of tax and social security grid for various countries

Facilitate remediations of audit findings by research to make course corrections and prevent future violations

9

Sharing important payroll related updates with respect to changes in tax, social security, minimum wages, indexation, leave rules, etc within the team

Ability to do desktop research on payroll related areas with respect to changes in tax, social security, minimum wages, indexation, leave rules, etc
