His responsibility to oversee cafeteria operation to ensure food hygienic as per FSSAI. He will be reporting directly to the client SPOC on update on cafeteria operation and also preparing the reports (Fortnight and Monthly)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing and implementing quality control measures.
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Analyzing financial data to improve profitability.
• Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract more customers.
• Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and high service standards.
