Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and implementing quality control measures.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Analyzing financial data to improve profitability.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract more customers.
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and high service standards.
